Look beyond the front photograph
Compare the face and profile. Check a reverse photograph when one is available. These views answer different questions: the face shows the design, while the other views help you understand the shape and construction.
If the view you need is missing, message us with the pendant name and tell us what you want to see.
Check dimensions and included items
Use the measurements listed for that pendant rather than judging its size from a close-up photograph. If a measurement is unclear, ask whether it includes the fitting above the pendant.
Read what comes with the product. Check whether the purchase includes a chain or cord, and whether its length is specified. A photograph showing a pendant on a chain does not by itself describe the contents of the order.
Pair it with a chain
If you are using a chain you already own, check the pendant opening and the chain fitting that must pass through it. Share the relevant measurements when asking us about a pairing.
If you are choosing a new chain, compare the available styles and check the listed length and material. Compatibility needs to be checked for the actual pendant and chain.
