Hello . It is not a double Roman eagle -as you call it- but the coat of arms of Constantine Palaiologos, the last emperor of BYZANTIUM ... In the center of the eagle it has his signature. Maybe he should have had instructions that his glaze dissolves with water so that I know when I wash my hands to take it out of my finger. Very good construction maybe the mark should have been more intense. Very good anyway
