This original intaglio design is designed and crafted entirely by our skilled craftsman with over 25 years of experience in the field. The stone is fully hand-engraved by the famous Leonid Arsov. This of-a-kind ring is made to pay homage to the original jewelry originally envisioned by the Romans in around 300BC.

STORY

Crusader ring – The Jerusalem Cross has been a symbol of faith for centuries. Being one of the most recognizable emblems in the world, the Jerusalem cross has several interpretations. Some historians believe that the large cross represents Christ, while the four smaller crosses represent Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Others suggest that the symbol is a visualization of the gospel being spread to the four corners of the Earth.

The text in Crusader ring IC XC NIKA means “Jesus Christ Conquers.”. The IC and XC are the first and last letters in the Greek words for Jesus and Christ, respectively. NIKA is connected to the word for victory.

The red cross the Templars wore on their robes was a symbol of martyrdom, and to die in combat was considered a great honor that assured a place in heaven. Crusader and Knights Templar Design with the Knights Templar cross or emblem and their motto “Non nobis Domine nonnobis sed Nomini Tuo da gloriam”. (Not to us, O Lord, but to your name from ‘glory.)

 The Stone

The carnelian is the most famous and, usually, least expensive chalcedony variety. This semi-precious quartz stone is one of the popular orange stones. However, it can range in color from pale orange to rich, near reddish-orange to a deep reddish-brown. It can also be anything from totally translucent to semi-opaque.
